  • Yes! All of our services can be booked individually or bundled into a customised package. Depending on what you need, we'll work together to identify the exact support you're looking for—be it design, tech pack, sampling, production, or sourcing—and tailor our offering just for you.

  • Pricing can vary widely depending on how many styles you’re developing, the materials chosen, the complexity of each piece, and how many units you plan to produce. Since every brand and collection is different, we’ll need to understand the scope of your ideas first. Once your designs are defined, we can put together a detailed cost estimate tailored to your collection.

  • Timelines can vary depending on how detailed your designs are, how many styles you’re developing, and the complexity of production. On average, the full journey—from concept to delivery—takes around 4 to 7 months. Here's a rough breakdown of what that usually looks like with us:

    • Design Brief, Range Plan & Range Development Preparation: 3–6 weeks

    • Tech Pack Creation: 1–2 weeks

    • Sourcing Fabrics, Trims: 1–2 weeks (if needed)

    • Sampling: 5–6 weeks (based on number of styles and sample rounds)

    • Production & Quality Control: 3–10 weeks (depending on order quantity and complexity)

    • Shipping & Delivery: 1–3 weeks (based on location and shipping method)

    Keep in mind, custom manufacturing can come with unexpected delays, so we always recommend building in some buffer time to keep things running smoothly.

  • We work closely with brands under strict confidentiality and sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), so we're unable to publicly share names or specific project details without consent. That said, you’re welcome to explore our website and social media, where we occasionally feature client work (with permission). These channels offer a glimpse into the kind of projects we handle and the quality of our work.

Design.

  • Our design service can be as individual as your brand and is tailored to your request. It can be approached in the following ways:

    • Independent Design:
    You already know what your ideas and concept are. Simply provide these by sending us reference images and notes for our direction and we will convert them into design drawings. To assure we are all on the same page we will make sure to get your feedback and approval at each step.

    • Collaborative Design:
    You might have an idea and direction, but you need support to get them translated into a design. Your collection range is lacking some designs in order complete the collection. Or you simply seek a collaborative collection design, with you being part of it, from brief, idea and direction to final range. We will then have a chat with you and talk about your vision, after which we step in with our research. Based on our mood and details boards we will come up with designs tailored to your direction and your brands identity. Together, we refine and pick styles for your collection. Only then we go ahead and create design drawings for your final approval.

    • Full Design:
    This approach is mainly for brands who already worked with us in the past and been satisfied with the results. After discussing the vision, we then fully take over and go ahead with forecast and research and create a design direction incl. mood and detail board, color palette, with presenting you a curated selection of design options. We will seek your approval in between before selecting the final designs to ensure they allign with your brand. After that we will be moving on to create the design drawings and the final range plan. It will then be ready for your last approval.

  • Our Design Service is tailored to support you in bringing your creative vision to life — from early concept development to detailed design outputs. While we offer a comprehensive set of deliverables, every project is fully customizable based on your needs.

    Our design service may include:

    • Mood boards to define visual direction

    • Color palette development (Pantone-referenced)

    • Trend research and market insight reports

    • Collection range planning

    • Detailed front and back CAD drawings

    • Fabric, trim, and hardware sourcing (if required)

    Whether you need the full package or just select elements, we’ll work with you to build a design process that fits your brand and timeline.

  • Technical drawings bridge the gap between vision and execution.

    A technical drawing (or flat sketch) is a detailed, black-and-white line drawing of your garment — shown from front and back.

    It explains how the design should be made: the proportions, seams, stitching, fabric placements, and construction details. CAD drawings are also part of tech packs and need to be included.

    You don’t need to have CAD drawings prepared before working with us. If you don’t have them yet, we can create them for you. Simply provide reference images and instructions for details like silhouette, construction, and finishes — and we’ll turn your ideas into professional, production-ready CADs.

Product Development & Sampling.

  • If you plan to develop your custom designs, your jewelry or textile pieces need a proper tech pack - this is the blue print of your design. We can either help you and create the tech pack, or you can provide the tech pack yourself. There are various details a tech pack has to carry to help us understand your design better. Here you can find more details.
    Usually the sample will be done in alternative fabric, nevertheless based on your request we can also provide a sample in the final fabric. We can discuss this on our on boarding call as well as further details.

    The product development doesn’t end with the tech pack yet. Once the first proto sample/prototype is ready, we will send it to you for feedback until final approval for bulk production. We can help you to review the sample and do the fitting with the tech pack. One round of revision is included.

    Through the sampling process we will ensure that you will receive the product you are after, in regards to quality, budget and aesthetic.

  • Here is a little breakdown of how long it would take. Yet, this may vary and depends on the complexity of your designs as well as total quantities:

    Textile Samples: 5-10 business days
    Textile Samples incl dyeing/printing: sample lead time plus 10-14 business days
    Jewelry Samples: wax, mold and sample 3-4 weeks

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Manufacturing.

  • With our low MOQ of only 30 units per style & color for Textile/RTW and 50 units per style & color for Jewelry, we can cater your start-up brand as well as a small to medium size brand easily.

  • Generally, the cost of manufacturing clothing or jewelry depends on quality, quantity and the type of material you want to use. Therefore there is no fixed standard price.
    In order to give you a clear answer we need a better understanding of your designs. Usually we require a proper tech pack from the brand which carries all relevant details such as CAD drawing, construction details and reference images, colors or print, fabrics, BOM, measurements, grading etc. and a few more instructions. Based on these factors we will be able to give you an estimated price quote. We will then make a PPS (Pre-Production Sample) which needs your feedback and approval. After that we can log in the final production price and with your approval, only then, we will go ahead with manufacturing your order.
